Before you choose
- All prices include GST. Monthly prices are per service, SIM or SIP channel. Each plan’s Critical Information Summary sets out every charge, the minimum term and the early termination charge.
- Plans with the same speed may have different fault-restoration arrangements. Bronze has a 12-hour target and Gold a 4-hour target after nbn acknowledges the fault, subject to supplier support hours and conditions. These are not guarantees of uninterrupted service.
- Mobile plans are month to month with no early termination charge. A SIM or eSIM is $7. When your data runs out we add 2GB for $10 automatically, up to five times a month, unless you ask us to switch this off. Roaming overseas works only with a travel pack.
- Speed tiers are maximum speeds, available outside the busy period. Each nbn and Opticomm plan’s Key Facts Sheet shows the typical speed from 7pm to 11pm and what affects it.
- Internet plans come on a 12 or 24-month term, with a flat $110 charge if you cancel within it. After the term, they continue month to month. We check availability at your address before you sign anything.
