Business NBN

nbn services for everyday work and home use, with plan inclusions and support from a Queensland team you can call.

Getting more from the NBN at your site.

We treat NBN as the access path, not the whole solution. Router quality, internal cabling, Wi-Fi, static IP needs and support expectations all affect the final experience.

We match the plan to how you use your connection, with a clear monthly price and support when you need it.

Where uptime matters, we recommend a backup path such as 4G/5G failover or satellite internet rather than pretending one service removes all risk.

How it works

  1. Check the address

We review the site, expected use and any existing service issues before recommending a plan.

  2. Confirm requirements

Static IP, router handover, voice, VPN and backup needs are considered before ordering.

  3. Support the service

Faults and changes are handled with business context instead of leaving you to decode carrier language.

Common questions

What should I check before choosing a plan?

Compare the monthly price, the speed tier, any connection or equipment costs, static IP needs and the agreement term. Data allowances are shown on each plan and prices include GST. Your quote and the plan’s Critical Information Summary confirm the details before you order.

What is business NBN?

Business NBN is an internet service delivered over the NBN network with business-focused plan options, support expectations and add-ons such as static IP where available.

Can I get a static IP?

Static IP availability and any additional monthly cost are shown in the plan inclusions or your quote. Where an Opticomm static IP is available, it is added after activation.

Is NBN enough for critical systems?

It can be, but sites that rely on phones, cloud systems or point-of-sale should usually consider a backup path as well.

Not sure what your site needs?

Send us the address and what isn’t working. We’ll recommend a service and confirm the price before you commit to anything.
