Common questions
What is a shared mobile plan?
Each eligible SIM contributes its monthly data allowance to one business pool. For example, three 10GB shared SIMs provide 30GB for those services to use between them. Each SIM has its own monthly charge. Pooling is for eligible services within a business group, and unused pooled data does not roll over.
Are international calls included?
International allowances vary by plan. Check the listed inclusions and current Critical Information Summary for destinations, included minutes and SMS. Roaming is separate unless explicitly included; we confirm conditions before activation.
Can you provide SIMs for routers?
Yes. Mobile SIMs can be used in compatible routers for backup internet or mobile connectivity, subject to coverage and plan suitability.
Can mobile be bundled with internet and voice?
Services can be managed together, but we avoid forcing bundles where they do not help the customer.
Do you help choose the right data allowance?
Yes. We look at how the service is used and whether it is a primary mobile plan, backup SIM or router service.
